With only 60 days until the school summer holidays start in Shropshire, our Healthy Lives Team are busy planning this year’s programme!
PACC’s Healthy Lives Holiday Programme is now in its 4th year! Healthy Lives offers a variety of activities to support physical and mental wellbeing, providing children and young people with SEND in Shropshire with opportunities to create new friendships, catch up with friends, try new activities and be active.

Our Summer Programme includes:
- All age family activities
- Activities for 8-14 year olds
- Activities for 14-25 year olds
- Activities for young people with complex needs
Please note a Parent Carer or PA will need to attend for the majority of activity offers
For young people accessing the 14-25 programme who are known to PACC and have previously accessed the programme, we are happy to discuss the level of support required with Parent Carers, with a view to developing independence. However, for 8-14 and more complex needs, a PA or Parent Carer will need to attend.
You only need to complete one registration per year- If you have completed a form for 2025 for Easter or May half-term, you do not need to register again.
What type of activities are there and where are they held?
Each year PACC work with community activity providers to design and deliver the programme. Last year during Healthy Lives Summer Programme, 47 community providers delivered 827 activity spaces, which equated to 147,206 hours of activities! This included:

- Sailing
- Sing-alongs
- Basketball
- Dance
- Cycling
- Soft Play
- Clay workshops
- Drawing workshops
- Arthog
- Sensory Story-time
- Sensory disco
- Pool parties
- Photography
- Yoga

Activity locations will be booked based on the locations of children and young people registered, so please register as soon as possible!
