Are you a Parent Carer of a Child/ Young Person with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities, living in Shropshire? Are you looking for activities over the summer holidays? Register for the PACC Healthy Lives Programme now!
Healthy Lives offers a variety of activities to support physical and mental wellbeing, providing young people with SEND with opportunities to catch up with friends and be active. Sessions are available for young people aged 14 – 25 years, families and for those with complex needs.

The first step is to register your child for the programme and to tell us about their interests and support needs. Please ensure you provide as much information about your child/ young person as possible on the registration form.
The PACC Team are currently finalising the programme and it will go live as soon as possible. You will then be sent a copy direct to your email and asked to pick your preferred activities and dates. Based on your selection PACC will create an individual summer timetable for your young person / family. When allocating places PACC will take your young persons support needs and interests into account, we also try to support friendships groups to be able to spend time together. Please bear with us during this stage of the process, we do understand that it is important that SEND families are able to plan their summer and we will do everything we can to get this information to you as soon as possible. If your availability changes after you have submitted your selection of activities, please do let us know straight away so the place can be allocated to somebody else. This year the programme will run for the first 4 weeks of the summer holiday since in previous years demand for activities in the last two weeks of the holiday period has been much reduced.
