Termly Navigator Report Published

The most recent termly report for the PACC Community Navigator Service is now available. The service has provided information and signposting to 189 Parent and Family Carers.

Previously, we produced termly Community Navigator reports for practitioners. These reports were often jargon-heavy and focused mainly on data and the escalation processes that had been followed.

After reflecting on how we shared information and the impact these reports were having on the SEND system in Shropshire, we have changed the way we will share feedback from our Community Navigator Service.

Our reports will now focus on the key themes that families have raised with us and will include signposting to further information and support for families experiencing these issues. Where gaps in information are identified and raised with the system, and accessible information is not available, we will do our best to create resources that are easy for families to understand and use.

We will also continue to share feedback and raise emerging themes with the SEND system wherever we can to help influence positive change for children, young people and their families.
