As agreed at this year’s AGM the Parent and Carer Council Shropshire has now transferred to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation formally known as Parent Carer Community Shropshire, Charity No. 1217025 (Charity Commission website) We will retain the name ‘PaCC Shropshire’ for everyday use and our aims and activities remain unchanged.
The majority of assets have now been transferred to the new Charity and over the next few months steps will be taken to close the original organisation. We will be updating our logos, websites and social media, along with our policies and procedures to reflect this change.
This is a positive step forward for PaCC, providing a strong foundation from which we can grow and sustain our offer to the Shropshire SEND Community. We will continue to champion the voice and lived experience of this Community and work to improve the experience of Shropshire SEND families 0-25.
