Following feedback via the PACC Community Navigator Service PACC has produced a guide to placement consultations for children and young people with an EHCP. Parent / Family Carers have told us that they found the process complex and it was unclear what they should expect. This guide aims to enable Parent / Family Carers to understand the process and how they should be kept informed of progress.
