Childrens Social Care - Assessed Services
Asking for extra help can be really hard, especially when you need help from assessed social care services. Services that can be accessed via a Childrens Social Care Assessment may vary, and can include Direct Payments, Overnight Short Breaks, and Specialist Support (such as equipment and adaptations, help at home etc).
Education

Getting More Help - Non Assessed Support
Getting Help in Shropshire often involves seeking support from the Early Help team and local voluntary organisations or charities. Targeted Early Help, which will soon be called Families First, provide extra help hat can be offered to families without a formal assessment. While some evidence of need can be explored, most of the help we have collated in this section will be available with no formal assessment or through meeting less criteria.
