Share Your Experience and Influence How Decisions are Made
A key element of PACC's work is hearing from Shropshire parent carers about their experience of how the local and national SEND system works.
We provide a range of opportunities for SEND families to share this information with us including; workshops, conferences, surveys, digital community networks and social activities.
All the information collected informs PACC's work on a daily basis. This ongoing conversation with the Shropshire SEND Community provides a rich and comprehensive picture of what it is like to live as a SEND family in Shropshire.
It enables the PACC Team to provide reports on specific areas, identifying what is working or not working in terms of support for SEND families, shaping how services are delivered, highlighting gaps in support or sharing good practice.
It also informs the regular conversations our PACC reps have with service and system leaders at the meetings we attend.

PACC are currently collecting feedback of EHCP experiences in Shropshire. Your feedback will help us to ensure that we are accurately championing the voice of the SEND community on this topic.
Please use this form to share with PACC any feedback you have about your experiences of SEND services, systems, and practices as a family. Please note that SEND stands for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. It refers to children and young people who have needs and/ or disabilities that make it harder for them to access the world in the same way as their peers. A Special Educational Need is where a child / young person needs extra support to access education.
