PACC Community Navigator and Admin Support Vacancy

Due to National Lottery funding PACC is recruiting to a new post to support the development of its Community Navigator Service.  The role is part-time, home based and term time only, and we would be particularly interested to hear from applicants with lived experience of being a parent/family carer of a child or young person with SEND.
