How PACC can help parent/carer groups
PACC is working to move away from the ad hoc approach to consulting parents and carers historically employed by service providers. We are hoping to create a well structured and co-ordinated feedback system that supports parents and carers being involved in service design and development. This system will facilitate a two way flow of information that should result in a better and more appropriate service provision for children with disabilities or additional needs. As an existing support group for parents and carers you will benefit from a system that is set up to support your members being heard.
