Benefits Workshops for parents and carers
The Shropshire Parent and Carers Council (PACC) and Parents Open Doors (PODs) have
joined together to host two Contact A Family benefits workshops for the parent carers of
Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. The workshops will last for 2 hours and will cover the
main financial support available to families of children who have disabilities or additional
needs. There will be one workshop held in Telford and one in Shrewsbury but parent
carers from either area are welcome to attend whichever workshop it is easiest for them
to access. Booking is essential but there is no charge for attending the events.
