

























We hope you had a good Christmas and wish you a happy New Year. Hopefully everyone has settled back into the school routine by now and we thought it was time for our first information bulletin of 2012.
· EMPATHY IN THE NORTH – the friendship group for families of children with special needs is now meeting once a month in Oswestry. This is a great opportunity to meet other families and for the children to have some fun in a supportive and understanding environment. Empathy will be meeting this Saturday the 14th, between 10am and 12pm at the Eastern community Centre, Oswestry. See flyer attached for further details
· The New Elizabethan School – the New Elizabethan School is a free school in Worcester that offers a flexible approach to education. They are holding an open day on Saturday 28th January. Click on link for further details
· Rhymetimes for Oswestry, Ellesmere and Gobowen Libraries – See attached flyer about library activities for younger children in north Shropshire
· PACC A Day In The Life of Project – What makes you mad, sad and glad about being a parent carers? Help PACC to show service providers what the day to day lives of families with a child with a disability or additional need is really like. Please complete the brief survey attached.
· OASIS GROUP at MONKHOUSE GRANARY – The next OASIS meeting at Monkhouse Granary is on Wednesday 18th January 8pm – 10pm. A chance for parents to meet and share information and experiences. The biscuits are great too!!
